Murder

No murder among your fellows; we’ve hired only those we deem fit to serve the Blackstone Irregulars. Among us we are but a family with a clean slate from our pasts and serve the greater for survival. Any found dead and accused of murder of a fellow will be put to trial and decided if they shall be banished or shall serve a lighter sentence in the name of Blackstone.

Murder or attempted murder of any higher ups, or Goddess forbid any guild master, will be met with immediate execution.

Thieves

Stealing from anyone in the guild is absolutely prohibited. Every member has their own coffer for which to store their valuables and pay. Anyone caught taking things from their unassigned coffer will be punished.

Pilfering for more pay for your jobs will also be met with punishment. You are paid upon pass or failure of your assigned work and nothing more.

Secrecy

The Guild Heads decide all alliances with the Blackstone and amount of pay due to each member;
none shall reveal the true identity of the Guild Masters to outsiders who come seeking refuge for a night or two in the Inn. When in public they shall only be addressed by face name and any criminal dealings or Blackstone business will be discussed beneath the Inn.

Outsiders

No outsiders in the basement or back of the Inn; this is private to members only; disobeying this law will warrant your tongue plucked from your mouth.

Payment

All finished dealings with a client shall be given to Madame Morrigan or Ser Marco. Trust no other with your potential pay.

Work

Pull your weight and you will be respected. Hold us back and you will be thrown to the wolves.

Activites

Flashy Fridays; bring your best to the basement; tales, drink and food will be provided for bonding and merriment.

Sexual Conduct

Blackstone prostitutes are not off limits, but will be paid for their time as any other. You will treat them with respect and you will not betray them. You are not to bring other prositutes around the inn under any circumstances or you will be reprimanded.

Do not betray the secrets of our prostitutes, do not sell them yourself as you do not hold any governing over them, and do not kill them for turning you down. Our workers reserve the right to do as they please and if you are denied, accept it and move on.
