IC Rules

First and foremost, those were made to be broken! We made those rules specifically to cause trouble! Break as many of them as you want if you can take Pagan’s punishments for them when/if you get caught. As mods, we really won’t stop you. Honestly, we encourage it. Please, break the in character rules. If we weren’t guildmasters, we’d break them ourselves if we could. Alas, someone needs to keep the irregulars in line around here.

OOC Rules

These are rules that cannot be broken. We have these rules set up in place to try and make your experience here easy. They may seem tedious, but they’re all pretty basic and should be easy to follow without issue. If you have any questions at any time about any of these rules, please refer to the FAQ first!

Applicants

We are currently not accepting applicants from the Kingdom Hearts or Final Fantasy fandoms. We find that these characters take over masterlists extremely quickly, and then end up not interacting with members. There are many more masterlists out there that are centered around your characters. If you have another character that isn’t from these fandoms, then you are certainly welcome to join us with them instead!

With applications being sent in, we only allow two tries. If you do not make it in with your first application, or you leave for whatever reason and return, you only have another entry allowed. After that, we’re afraid you will have to move on.

While sending in your application, if you plan on making a separate blog, please let us know in the application! It is not required to make a separate blog for this group! If you would like to make a separate blog, it cannot be a side blog; you must make an actual blog so you can follow everyone. And again, it is not required to make it a separate blog. If you would like to use your pre-established blog, that’s entirely fine with us!

Activity

We expect those that join our group to be active in it. You have a week’s warning to give us a heads up on your activity if we find that you aren’t posting or interacting with our members. After two weeks, you will be removed from the masterlist.

With hiatuses, we allow a two week block. You cannot take a consecutive hiatus (leave for two weeks, come back for a day, then leave for two more weeks). If you think you’re going to take longer, then you will need to remove yourself from the masterlist. If your spot is still open when you return, you’re more than welcome to come back to us!

There is no limit to how many hiatuses you can take, but you cannot take them consecutively, as stated previously. We understand sometimes life happens, but if we find you seem to be taking hiatuses rather often, you will need to discuss it with the mods. We want those in our group to be an active part of our family, and if you’re leaving more than staying, then this may not be the place for you.

Characters

You are allowed up to three characters in the group. We don’t care if you use them outside the group or keep them strictly for the group, so long as you interact with the group itself. You can have them from the same fandom or from different fandoms. It doesn’t matter to us!

We accept OCs, children, anthros (centaurs, shape shifters, werewolves, canon & OC) and canons. We do not, however, accept genderbend characters, such as a fem!Eren Jaeger or male!Mikasa Ackermans. This does not include fem!Shepard/Male!Shepards or anything to that degree. Those are canon and will be treated as such, but we only allow one of each. There can only ever be one male!Shepard and one female!Shepard in the group. The same goes with Dragon Age characters. We will allow a male and female for each Warden, Hawke and Inquisitor of each race. Any other games that fall into this category are also accepted, of course.

With all that being said, please make sure you are active on all your characters you decide to roleplay! Each of them has a different part to play, and we want to encompass it fully into our story. If you can’t be active on all of them and decide you only want one or two, let us know! We’ll have a grand send-off for the ones you decide to remove.

Content

We expect your blog to consist of roleplay posts. If you use your RP blog as a personal, you may not have a place here. We expect members to have their blogs clean, not full of irrelevant fandom posts. While we don’t mind some things, we would rather not have it be overboard.

Please be thoughtful when you reblog things for not only the group, but your followers as well. Some things are better kept for a personal blog than a roleplay blog!

Interaction

To count as active, you need to interact with the members of our group. We don’t care whether it’s the main plot or a thread outside the plot, so long as it is with a fellow group member. If we find that you’re interacting less with group members and more with outsiders, you will receive one and only one warning.

We are not asking you to drop everyone outside the group, by any means. We just find that those that have the option to RP outside, tend to take it as a means to ignore their actual group. We want to be like a family here, and while, yes, you don’t talk to your family all the time, talking between each other is important.

The plot itself is to help find common ground here, and if you wish to interact with group members outside of the AU, then you are more than welcome to do so! Just so long as you interact with members of the group, anything you do is fine.

Age Limit

We do not allow anyone under the age of 16 in our group. Your characters may be under 16, but yourself as the mun of your blog cannot be. We are going to treat everyone maturely, as adults, whether you are 16, 17 or 18+, so please make sure you act like it. We aren’t going to treat you guys like kids, we’re going to expect everyone to act accordingly.

We require that you please place your age on your applications, and if we find that you have lied, you will be removed from the group effective immediately. Don’t make us have that conversation.

Triggers and Tagging

As a group of mature adults, we are not going to be forcing people to tag triggers. We aren’t going to have a trigger list and we aren’t going to make anyone else have one. At the same time, as every rule has an exception, we expect rape, abuse and other heavy triggers to be tagged out of respect. Anything else will be up to each individual in our group.

As everyone generally has their own tags for things, please make sure you check out fellow members’ tag lists to make sure you can find what you should or should not blacklist. Some people don’t use average #NSFW or #Abuse tags and use different things for them.

If someone is reblogging something excessive and uncomfortable, such as really nasty gore or some rather unpleasant sexual scenes that would be classified in an abusive/non consensual way, and they refuse to tag it, please let us know and we will handle it. 

Following & Unfollowing

As a rule, we want everyone to follow each other. The only reason to not follow someone is if you have a problem with them. We expect members to let us know if they have an issue with another person in the group and tell us so we can avoid sticky situations. We have plans to pair people up, group them together, etc, and if you have an issue with someone, you are to let us know.

If for any other reason that you aren’t following someone and you haven’t told us, we are going to have to ask you to follow them. 

Anon Hate & Messages

As a general rule, if you receive anon hate for any reason on your blog, we’re going to have to ask you to not post it. Just delete it and ignore it. You are representing us as a group by your affiliation, and we would like to keep our image as it is. If we find that you post your anon hate excessively, we’re going to have to remove you from the ring. Anon hate causes only drama and nothing else, and it should be ignored. If you feed into them, you are giving them what they want. Please be the better person and delete it.

If you happen to receive a rude message from a fellow member, let us know. We want you to feel welcome and like you have a home with us. Any members caught harassing someone else will be removed from the list and barred from entry on any other blog they may have. There is absolutely no reason to harass others in this group or anywhere else. If we find out you have been causing trouble, you will leave.

On to more lighthearted things; memes. Please be sure to send memes to fellow members if they reblog them! We make memes for our group to spike up interaction, not to just reblog off each other. Be kind to others and send stuff before reblogging, as we are a group that fully supports reblog karma.

ETC

We understand these are a lot to get through, but we find they’re very basic rules to follow. Be kind to each other, be welcoming, let us mods know if there’s a problem in any way, etc. This pretty much wraps up everything we have to say, so after this there will be no more rules. If we find we need to update them for any reason, there will be announcements and such.

While these are basic rules, we will be enforcing them strictly. We follow a one strike system, so let’s just be cool about things. If you have any questions or concerns, please check our FAQ before asking, it may be answered there already. If not, feel free to send us an ask after!
